Nikolay Viktorovich Razuvaev

Nikolay Viktorovich Razuvaev, Doctor of Law, Head of the Department of Civil and Labor Law of the North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

- graduated from the North-West Academy of Public Administration in 1997 with a degree in Public and Municipal Management. In 2006 - a degree in Law.

- defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Law Sciences (PhD) on the topic "The rule of law as a phenomenon of legal culture" in 2000. In 2017, at St. Petersburg State University, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “State Evolution: Socio-Anthropological and Legal Aspects” (scientific adviser is Dr. A.V. Polyakov, Doctor of Law).

- was a member of the dissertation councils at the North-West Academy of Public Administration and St. Petersburg State University.

- The author of 140 published scientific and educational-methodical works on the theory and history of law and state, Roman Law and Civil Law. He contributed to the study of the legal aspects of the theory of ancient society, the evolution of the state and law, the history of law and a number of other relevant scientific problems.
