Право доступа к информации в постиндустриальном обществе приобретает фундаментальное значение для достижения целей устойчивого развития. Изменения в системе реализации прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности отражают основные тенденции формирования культурного капитала. Во-первых, производство и продажа экземпляров произведений остается актуальным способом реализации интеллектуальных прав, но дополняется интерактивными форматами взаимодействия авторов со своей аудиторией. Во-вторых, популярность конкретных авторов и правообладателей позволяет им реализовывать субъективные права в масштабах глобального информационного пространства. В-третьих, роль автора — физического лица будет снижаться по мере того, как модули искусственного интеллекта будут все глубже интегрироваться в творческую индустрию. При развитии институтов виртуального права приоритетом медиабезопасности является сохранение превосходства творческих решений, созданных человеком, над результатами машинной обработки информации. В этом смысле право доступа индивидов к информационным технологиям, как и возможность непосредственной оценки творчества авторов массовой аудиторией, могут стать критически важными интересами для гуманного технического прогресса в глобальном информационном обществе.

The right of access to information in post-industrial society is of fundamental importance for achieving the goals of sustainable development. Changes in the system of realization of rights to intellectual property reflect the main trends in the formation of cultural capital. Firstly, the production and sale of copies of works remains an actual way of exercising intellectual rights, but is complemented by interactive formats of interaction between authors and their audience. Secondly, the popularity of specific authors and rightholders allows them to exercise subjective rights in the global information space. Thirdly, the role of the author — an individual will decrease as the modules of artificial intelligence become more and more integrated into the creative industry. With the development of virtual law institutions, the priority of media security is to preserve the superiority of creative works created by man over the results of computer processing of information. In this sense, the right of individuals to access information technologies, as well as the possibility of direct evaluation of the authors’ creativity by a mass audience, may become critical interests for humane technical progress in the global information society.
