Санкт-Петербурге 9–10 декабря 2019 года. Эксперты, участвовавшие в конференции, проанализировали становление и современное состояние государственного устройства Российской Федерации, его особенности и возможные пути развития; возможные пути развития государственного устройства Российской Федерации в направлении федерализма, конфедерации и унитаризма; обсудили актуальные проблемы и особенности федерализма.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This material is devoted to a review of expert speeches at the Conference “The Constitution of Russia: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow”, held in St. Petersburg on December 9–10, 2019. The problems of modern federalism were discussed at the conference.
