Автор статьи формулирует содержание и признаки субъективного права в контексте постклассической юридической науки. Постклассическая юриспруденция предполагает переосмысление объективности права. Поэтому объективное и субъективное право взаимодополняют друг друга. Содержание субъективного права образуют правовые действия людей, результаты действий и психические процессы, опосредующие эти действия.

The writer formulates the content and characteristics of a subjective right in post-classical legal science context. Postclassical jurisprudence develop rethinking the objectivity of law. Therefore, objective and subjective law complement each other. The content of subjective law is formed by the legal actions of people, the results of actions and mental processes that mediate these actions.
